School Support

  • All licensed family daycares and child care centers are required to have a certain amount of training hours to keep their license. We provide training that is approved in the state of Georgia in an array of areas to help centers meet those needs.

  • These are opportunities to educate teachers and the community on specific topics related but not limited to child development, positive discipline and self-care. If there is a specific topic you would like to learn more about we are more than happy to create the workshops/trainings that address your specific needs.

  • These are sessions where we observe a child’s behavior and work with you and the child to give you practical strategies to deal with challenging behaviors effectively in order to decrease their future occurrence. Challenging behaviors may include but are not limited to temper tantrums, whining, aggression, or non-compliance.

  • These are sessions set up to assist teachers in finding healthy and constructive ways to teach and communicate with their children.

  • Oftentimes, outside factors affect one’s ability to perform well on the job. These factors may include, career demands, work-life balance, and relationship concerns. Coaching sessions are designed to help teachers work on these outside factors in specific and tangible ways. In coaching sessions, we focus on S.M.A.R.T. goals—objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. These S.M.A.R.T. goals benefit teachers in both the short term and the long term.

Each training is worth 2 hours of Bright from the start training hours. We are more than happy to create workshops and training that address your specific needs.

We provide teacher training and support for early childhood and elementary school educators on subjects that relate to the overall development of children and positive discipline.
