    • Bright From The Start Approved Training

    • Workshops

    • School /Classroom Observations

    • School meetings

    • Teacher Guidance/Coaching

    • Training/Workshops $20 per person per training ( at least 12 participants) and $250 for groups of 12-15.

    • School/Classroom Observations (60 minute observation plus written report) $250

    • School meetings (60 minutes) $200

Services & Fees

Insurance Information

Kaleidoscope Family Therapy is out-of-network for all insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network benefits. A receipt for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided upon request.

We also have sliding scale spots for clients based on financial need.

Payment  

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Cancellation Policy  
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
