To Begin Working With Kaleidoscope:

After your initial phone consultation, we will schedule an intake session. Our intake session is not a formal evaluation but is a way for us to know what your goals are and what services to recommend to best help you.

For adult clients, this is a time for you to get to know the therapist, learn about which services best suit your situation and discuss personal goals.

For children, the therapist will meet with the parent(s)/guardian(s) to discuss concerns and set goals first. Then, the therapist will meet with the child during a separate individual session to determine if individual work or group work will best suit the child’s needs.

For those seeking a group, we truly value the importance of group placement and want to determine the best possible fit for your child based on goals and needs. For this reason, enrollment into a group is NOT guaranteed after the intake process.

Should you decide Kaleidoscope Family Therapy is the right fit for you, please register on our secure client portal below. There you will be able to read over and complete the HIPPA, practice policies, and intake forms before your first session.
